What type of hardware do I need to operate the system?

RAM Next is a browser-based application. You can access the system from any device that is connected to the internet. A laser jet printer for agreements and reports is recommended, along with a point-of-sale receipt printer for in-store receipts.

Is the system easy to set up?

Our flexible “company setup” process walks you through configuring the software to the way you do business. But most importantly, your license includes full access to our highly trained support staff. The members of our support team are not only experts on the software, they know rent-to-own. They will help you every step of the way.

Can you electronically transfer the data from my current software to RAM Next?

More than likely, yes. We have conversion utilities written for most other rent-to-own software systems.

Can my customers make their payments online?

Yes. We have partnered with Payment Vision®, a PCI-certified payment gateway and credit card processor, to provide a fully integrated solution. Please contact sales if you would like more information on how to get set up.

I want to offer my customers a SAC option. Can RAM Next track that?

Yes. Our flexible payoff file allows you to configure multiple options, including SAC and discounts for early payoff.

I have more than one store. Will RAM Next work for me?

Absolutely. RAM Next is scalable and offers all of the tools needed to manage any multi-store operation. Inventory transfers, remote store payments, and consolidated company-wide reporting are just some of the enterprise level features of the software.
