Security in The RAM System is designed to help the user set the security levels as strict or lenient as needed for your rental operation. If an option is protected in The RAM System the user may not be aware that the option exists, because in most cases the button or field is made invisible. On the menus the options are grayed out or turned off completely if the user's level is not high enough to access the menu option.

The user has the option to input their user name and password at this point or click CANCEL to close the window. If the user clicks "X" or CANCEL the user's level cannot be verified and the system gives you a warning message.

The option "RAM Option Name" requires a level of 50 and your level could not be verified. This means you are not authorized to perform this function. |
