AUTOMATIC CALCULATION BASED ON MIN/MAX COST FIELDS

The minimum and maximum rental rates are automatically calculated based on the minimum and maximum cost range set up on the  up on the Rate Info tab.  Simply press ENTER and these fields are automatically input for you.

Min Price

Input the minimum rental rate you want this price rate record to allow.  If you want the system to limit the user to these rental rates.

Input the maximum rental rate you want this prices rate record to allow.  If you want the system to limit the user to these rental rates.

The rounding flag indicates which (if any) of the rental rates you want to round to the nearest cents indicated on the Rate Info tab.  You may elect not to round any rates, or you may elect to round all rates.  Be aware that if you round both weekly and monthly the calculated balances of the agreement may be slightly different based on the rounded rates.
