Print Delivery Ticket

The Print Delivery Ticket option allows you to schedule a delivery item, and print a ticket with directions to the customer's home. The delivery ticket has a place for the customer to sign when he/she receives the items.

You must rent inventory items BEFORE you can print a delivery ticket.

Report Parameters - PRINT DELIVERY TICKET The report parameters screen allows you to specify which data you want to see on the report.
Choose Agreement	A drop-down box reveals a list of all rented agreements. Choose the agreement for which you wish to print a delivery ticket.
Scheduled Date	A drop-down box reveals a calendar. Choose a date for which to schedule the delivery or input the date manually using the MM/DD/YYYY format.
Scheduled Time	Choose a time for which to schedule the delivery.
Directions	Enter the driving directions to the customer's delivery address.
	When the information on the parameter screen is correct, choose the output method from the Report Toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

Click PRINT and the delivery ticket prints.

REPORT DETAIL FIELDS - DELIVERY TICKET
Customer Information	The information for the customer is listed, including the address, phone number and the agreement number.
Delivery Information	The delivery information filled out when the customer rented the inventory is listed.
Scheduled For:	The date and time of the scheduled delivery is listed.
Merchandise	Under this section the inventory items on this agreement are listed.
Number	The number refers to the item number for this inventory item.
Brand	The brand refers to the brand name for this inventory item.
Category	The category refers to the category description for this inventory item.
Model	The model refers to the model number for this inventory item.
Serial	The serial refers to the serial number for this inventory item.
Status	The status refers to the status code for this inventory item.
Directions	The directions you typed in the Directions box of the Print Delivery Ticket screen, are printed here.
Signature	There is a place for the customer and driver to sign, showing the merchandise was delivered in good condition.
