Payment Screen Buttons

The buttons at the bottom of the payment screen allow the user to access more information about the customer and access some of the features of the software directly from the payment screen.  Mouse-over each button to see a description tag.

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS - PAYMENT SCREEN BUTTONS


Print Screen

Click "Print Screen" to print the current payment screen.

F2 Tag / Untag Agreements

 
Click "Tag/Untag" to turn off agreements that the customer does not want to pay at this time.

F5 Re-Calc

 
Click "Re-Calc" to display all the agreements as they were when you began the payment process.

F6 Payoff

 
Click "Payoff" to change the highlighted agreement to the payoff amount.

 

F7 Free Time

Click "Free Time" to move an agreement's due date without applying any money.

F8 Free Rent

Click "Free Rent" to reduce an agreement's balance and move the due date without applying any money.

Customer Maintenance

 

Click "Customer Maintenance" to access the customer record to make changes.
 


Customer History

Click "Customer History" to display more information about the customer's past rental history with your company.

BACK

Click "BACK" to return to the Find Customer Grid.

F10 Print/Update

 

Click  "PROCEED" to process the payment and print a receipt.
