This field represents the item number as listed in the Inventory file.

Description

This field represents the description of this item as listed in the Inventory file.

Model

This field represents the model number of this item as listed in the Inventory file.

Serial

This field represents the serial number of this item as listed in the Inventory file.

Category

This field represents the category description of this item as listed in the Inventory file.

Brand

This field represents the brand name of this item as listed in the Inventory file.

Cost

This field represents the cost of the item as listed in the Inventory file.

Total Income

This field represents the total income for this item as listed in the Inventory file.  This is the rental income plus the miscellaneous income listed for this item.

Income This Location

This field represents the portion of the total income that was generated by this store.

RBV

This field represents the remaining book value at the time the report was printed.

Date

This column on the report lists the transaction date for each entry.

Activity

This column on the report lists the transaction detail, or the activity that occurred for this item.

On Rent ## of days  - This notation calculates the number of days this item was on rent on the agreement listed.
Rent Collected - This notation calculates the total amount of rent collected on each agreement listed.

Other Info

This column on the report lists any additional information about the transaction.  In some cases, it may list the user's initials.
