When searching for a phone number there are certain tips to remember:
When you search any phone number column, ALL the phone number columns are searched. This allows you to put in one phone number and have the system search ALL the possible phone numbers for a customer to find the one you are looking for.
Do not put any parenthesis, dashes or spaces. Use only numbers. For example: In the phone number (870) 234-2200, you would input 8702342200 for the phone number.

When the phone number is found, the customer with that phone number is highlighted.

In this grid you can rearrange the columns in order to find a particular phone number or other field. Simply position your cursor on the column heading that you wish to move and hold down the left mouse button as you drag the column into position.

Release the left mouse button and the column is inserted where the arrows indicate.
