Warning! A file listing prints the ENTIRE contents of the file. In some files this may be an extremely long report.

Choose the parameters for the file listing.

Report Parameters - CUSTOMER FILE LIST The report parameters screen allows you to specify which data you want to see on the report.
List By	Select the order to list customers. A drop-down box reveals the possible ways to sort the customers on this report. Name Drivers License Number Social Security Number Customer Number Cosigner Name
	When the information on the parameter screen is correct, choose the output method from the Report Toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

REPORT DETAIL FIELDS - CUSTOMER FILE LIST
Customer Number	The first field in this column is the customer number.
Name / Address	The remaining fields in this column are the customer's name and address.
SSN	The first field in this column is the social security number for this customer.
Drivers License	The second field in this column is the driver license number for this customer.
Birthdate	The third field in this column is the date of birth for this customer.
Times Rented	The third field in this column is the number of times this item has been rented.
Brand	The first field in this column is the report name for the brand of this item.
Category	The second field in this column is the report name for the category of this item.
Vendor	The third field in this column is the report description for the vendor of this item.
Purchased	The first field in this column is the date the item was purchased.
Disposed	The second field in this column is the date the item was disposed or written off. If the item is still in inventory, this field is left blank.
BOR	The first field in this column indicates whether or not this item is counted in BOR calculations or not with a "Yes" or "No".
APU	The second field in this column indicates whether or not this item is counted in APU calculations or not with a "Yes" or "No".
