SELECT CUSTOMER
The Select Customer grid for the Customer Communications has an added feature - COLOR! Late customers are displayed in RED, customers with open commitments are highlighted in GREEN, customers with broken commitments are highlighted in YELLOW and current customers are displayed in BLUE. A customer is considered late if at least (1) one agreement is past due. A customer is considered current only if ALL agreements are current.
NOTE: When you select ALL CUSTOMERS, because some of these customers are inactive, they are all displayed in blue, as the system cannot calculate amount due and days late for inactive customers.
