Conversation

FIELD DESCRIPTIONS - COMMUNICATIONS CONVERSATION TAB

Person Talking To

The Person Talking To field is where the user inputs the person they are speaking to when they are having a conversation.  A drop-down box reveals a list of all the references previously input in the Application file associated with this customer along with the customer and the co-signer names.

Phone Number

The Phone Number field is where the user inputs the phone number called for this conversation.

Conversation Box

The large area on this tab is where the user inputs the details about the conversation.  The system automatically inputs the text: "New Conversation" DATE TIME "

 

Right-click in the text box for a quick insert menu.  Choose one of the following options:

Insert Date
Choose this option to insert the current system date and time into the conversation.
Inset User

Choose this option to insert your user name into the conversation.

Insert Person Talking To

Choose this option to insert the person you are talking to, from the drop-down box of references into the conversation.

 


Use Customer Applications

Use Customer Applications

The Use Customer Application box must be checked in Company Setup in order to have access to all the customer's references and references phone numbers. You must have references input in the Application option in order for their names to be listed in the Person Talking To drop-down box.
