Print Agreement

The Print Agreement option allows you to print "customized" agreements from inside The RAM System. Rental Information Systems, Inc. provides you with a specific agreement program customized for your operation. When your software system is created, the customized agreement form is programmed and embedded in your programs.

Printing an agreement is not the same as renting an agreement. Rent Inventory is where you assign inventory items to customers via an agreement. After the inventory has been rented, is when you print the agreement for the customer to sign.

Agreements must be rented before you can print the agreement.

To print an agreement

1. All agreement formats start by entering the agreement number you wish to print.

2. Fill in the fields for YOUR agreement program.

Each customized agreement program contains the parameters required by the program, as well as any custom calculations.

You may have to input a delivery fee or an in-house collection fee. You may have to choose whether to print certain attachments or riders to the agreement. Contact Rental Information Systems, Inc. for more information or if you need a custom agreement program.

3. Click PRINT to print the agreement.

This is an example of a blank rental agreement.

The RAM System can fill in the blanks on a pre-printed form, laser or dot-matrix or the system can print the entire document filled in using the digital rental agreements offered by Inform.

DIGITAL FORMS

Agreement forms are available from various rental-purchase vendors. You can design your own rental-purchase agreement form and Rental Information Systems, Inc. can design a custom program to fit your custom agreement form.

Your agreement form can be converted to work with RAM for Windows, if you are using an INFORM document you must purchase the license from that company in order to use the INFORM document with this system. To learn more about INFORM licensed documents visit their website at www.rtoforms.com

Number of Contracts to Print

Set this field to the number of copies to print. This automatically prints this number of copies of the agreement when you select the Print Agreement option.
