Graphical View button
Only reports that can be viewed in a chart format have this button available on the Report Toolbar.
When you click the graphical view button for a report, the information is presented in a graphical format. There are different graphical formats to choose from.
Pie Chart
This is an example of the Active Items by Category Report in a pie chart format.
TIP: While viewing the pie chart, hold down the ALT key and the left mouse button, to rotate the pie chart.
Column Chart
This is an example of the Active Items by Category Report in column chart format.
Bar Chart
This is an example of the Active Items by Category Report in bar chart format.
If you click the PRINT button on the graphical view interface, you can print a copy of the graph being displayed.
