User Maintenance

Users in The RAM System Corporate Edition contain multiple types of information.  Before a user can use the Clock In/Out feature he/she must be set up as an employee in user maintenance.  Before a user can get credit or accumulate commission as a salesperson he/she must be set up as a salesperson with the appropriate commission percentages in user maintenance.  Before a user can be assigned a route he/she must be set up as a route manager in user maintenance and then must be assigned to a route in the Route file.

Some frequently asked questions: (click each question for answer)

Why does the system keep putting "AM" when I type "PM"?

If you type "P" for "PM", and press ENTER or TAB the system does not recognize this as a valid entry and changes the entry to "AM" which is the default.  Be sure to type "PM" to indicate after noon or the system will automatically put "AM" for you.
