Daily Deposit

The Daily Deposit report gives you a list of deposits made for all the stores in your company for one particular day. This report includes a place for an employee to sign that the deposit was verified.

Corporate Parameters The corporate parameters screen allows you to specify which locations or sets of locations you want to see on the report.
Division	The drop down box reveals the divisions previously input in the Division file. When you choose a division you do not need to choose a region or a location. Remember, a division is a group of regions.
Region	The drop down box reveals the regions previously input in the Region file. When you choose a region you do not need to choose a division or a location. Remember, a region is a group of locations.
Location	The drop down box reveals the locations previously input in the Location file. When you choose a location you do not need to choose a division or a region. Remember, a location is an individual store.

Report Parameters - DAILY DEPOSIT Choose the report parameters which allow you to specify which data you want to see on the report.
Date to Report	Enter the date for which you wish to see deposit information. A drop-down box reveals a calendar, choose a date from the calendar or type in the date using MM/DD/YYYY format.
	When the information on the parameter screen is correct, choose the output method from the Report Toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

Report Parameters - DAILY DEPOSIT

Date to Report

Enter the date for which you wish to see deposit information. A drop-down box reveals a calendar, choose a date from the calendar or type in the date using MM/DD/YYYY format.

When the information on the parameter screen is correct, choose the output method from the Report Toolbar at the bottom of the screen.

Roll over icons to view definition of each.

Only deposits made on the day you selected are displayed on the report.

REPORT DETAIL FIELDS - DAILY DEPOSIT
Loc No	This column contains the location number for each location listed on this report.
Name	This column contains the name of the location.
Deposit Amt	This column contains the total deposit amount for the day you selected for this particular store.
Tax	This column contains the amount of tax included in the deposit amount.
Over/Short	This column contains the amount over or short of the deposit the computer calculated for the day you selected.
Free Days	This column contains the number of free time days given for the day you selected.
Free Days Value	This column contains the dollar value of the free time days given for the day you selected.
Free Rent	This column contains the dollar value of free rent given for the day you selected.
Who	This column contains the initials of the person who made the deposit for the day you selected.
Chk	This column contains a blank line which can be used for a corporate office employee's initials when the deposit has been checked at the bank.

REPORT GRAND TOTALS - DAILY DEPOSIT
Deposit Amt	This column is totalled giving you the total deposit amount for the locations listed on this report on the day you selected.
Tax	This column is totalled giving you the total tax amount for the locations listed on this report on the day you selected.
Over/Short	This column is totalled giving you the net total over/short for the locations listed on this report on the day you selected.
Free Days	This column is totalled giving you the total number of free time days given away for the stores listed on this report on the day you selected.
Free Days Value	This column is totalled giving you the total dollar value of the free time days given.
Free Rent	This column is totalled giving you the total dollar value of the free rent days given for the stores listed on this report on the day you selected.
