Agreement Summary

The Agreement Summary calculates the statistics for the active agreements grouped by customers, agreements and items.

REPORT DETAIL FIELDS - CORPORATE REPORT CARD - AGREEMENT SUMMARY
Store	The Store column contains each location in your rental operation. There is a row for each location.
CUSTOMERS
Count Active	The Count Active column contains the total number of active customers for each location.
Cust Prepay Balance	The Cust Prepay Balance column contains the total balance for customer's prepay accounts for each location.
AGREEMENTS
Count Active	The Count Active column in this group contains the total number of active agreement for each location.
Avg Months Remaining	The Avg Months Remaining column contains the average number of months remaining on all active agreements for each location.
Avg Monthly Rate	The Avg Monthly Rate column contains the average monthly rental rate on all active agreements for each location.
RTO Avg Monthly Rate	The RTO Avg Monthly Rate column contains the average monthly rental rate on active agreements with a rental type of "O" for rent-to-own. This amount is separated out of the total average monthly rental rate to give you the average for only rent-to-own agreements.
RTR Avg Monthly Rate	The RTR Avg Monthly Rate column contains the average monthly rental rate on active agreements with a rental type of "R" for rent-to-rent for each location. This amount is separated out of the total average monthly rental rate to give you the average for only rent-to-rent agreements.
Avg Rem Balance	The Avg Rem Balance column contains the average remaining balance on all active agreements.
RTO Avg Rem Balance	The RTO Avg Rem Balance column contains the average remaining balance on active agreements with a rental type of "O" for rent-to-own for each location. This amount does not apply to rent-to-rent agreements.
Total Rem Balance	The Total Rem Balance column contains the total remaining balance on active agreements with a rental type of "O" for rent-to-own for each location. This amount does not apply to rent-to-rent agreements since they do not carry a balance.
RTO Potential Turns	The RTO Potential Turns column contains the calculated potential turns for active agreements with a rental type of "O" for rent-to-own for each location. This amount is the total agreement balance divided by the total cost of the items rented on the agreements. (Potential turns = the number of times the cost is recovered)
Avg Waiver Pct	The Avg Waiver Pct column contains the average percentage of agreements with waiver for each location. For example: If this column contains 100.00 this would indicate that 100% of the agreements on rent have signed up for waiver.
ITEMS
Count RTO BOR	The Count RTO BOR column contains the total number of items tagged as "Count in BOR" that are rented on active agreements with a rental type of "O" for rent-to-own, for each location.
Count RTR BOR	The Count RTR BOR column contains the total number of items tagged as "Count in BOR" that are rented on active agreements with a rental type of "R" for rent-to-rent, for each location.

{GROUPING - This report is grouped by TODAY, MONTH-TO-DATE and YEAR-TO-DATE, there are grand totals for each of these groups.

CUSTOMERS
Count Active	The Count Active column is totalled. This results in the total number of active customers for your entire rental operation as of the date specified.
Cust Prepay Balance	The Cust Prepay Balance column is totalled. This results in the total prepayment balance for your entire rental operation as of the date specified.
AGREEMENTS
Count Active	The Count Active column is totalled. This results in the total number of active agreements for your entire rental operation as of the date specified.
Avg Months Remaining	The Avg Months Remaining column is totalled. This results in the average months remaining for your entire rental operation as of the date specified.
Avg Monthly Rate	The Avg Monthly Rate column is totalled. This results in the average monthly rental rate for your entire rental operation as of the date specified.
RTO Avg Monthly Rate	The RTO Avg Monthly Rate column is totalled. This results in the average monthly rental rate for all active agreements with a rental type of "O" for rent-to-own, for your entire rental operation as of the date specified.
RTR Avg Monthly Rate	The RTR Avg Monthly Rate column is totalled. This results in the average monthly rental rate for all active agreements with a rental type of "R" for rent-to-rent, for your entire rental operation as of the date specified.
Avg Rem Balance	The Avg Rem Balance column is totalled. This results in the average remaining balance for your entire rental operation as of the date specified.
Total Rem Balance	The Total Rem Balance column is totalled. This results in the total remaining balance for your entire rental operation as of the date specified.
RTO Potential Turns	The RTO Potential Turns column is totalled. This results in the total potential turns for all active agreements with a rental type of "O" for rent-to-own, for your entire rental operation as of the date specified.
