Reports

After you have imported the data from each location you are ready to run the reports specific to your corporate operation. The reports you choose are completely up to you and can be processed differently to match the information you want to output.

For example, some corporate offices require their employees to verify the deposit amounts for each location. There is a Daily Deposit Report to help you verify with each bank the amount that was deposited.

Reports can be processed for a division of your corporation, a region or a specific location. Specific reports available at the store are also available at the corporate office and are grouped under Store Level Reports.

For monthly, or a more historical view of the data, you may want to review the Corporate Report Card or the Summary Recap. Both of these reports gives a snapshot overview of many different areas of your business from inventory to rent to expired accounts.
