Income Summary

 

 

 

 

 

The Income Summary breaks down the income for the time period you selected.

 

REPORT DETAIL FIELDS - CORPORATE REPORT CARD - INCOME SUMMARY

Store

The Store column contains each location in your rental operation. There is a row for each location.

Rent

The Rent column contains the amount of rent collected for each store in the time period group indicated.  This figure is ONLY rent.

Fees

The Fees column contains the amount of late fees, waiver fees, advanced fees, bad check, club fees and any customer charges collected for each store in the time period group indicated. (This report has a limited amount of space and all the remaining income categories were grouped together to save space.)

Taxes

The Taxes column contains the amount of sales tax collected for each store in the time period group indicated.

Fees/Taxes

The Fees/Taxes columns in the "Month-to-Date" and "Year-to-Date" columns combine Fees and Taxes to conserve space on this report.
 
This total includes late fees, all (8) eight customer charges, waiver fees, sales tax, club fees, bad checks paid and bad check fees.

Cash Sales

The Cash Sales column contains the amount of income collected from cash sales (using the Cash Sale option) for each store in the time period group indicated.

Over/Short

The Over/Short column contains the amount the calculated deposit was over or short the actual deposit for each store in the time period group indicated.

Misc. Income/Expense

The Misc. Income/Expense column contains the NET amount of income - expenses for each store in the time period group indicated.  For example:  If a store had $100.00 in income and $75.00 in expense the NET amount in this column would be $25.00.

Deposit

The Deposit column contains the actual total amount of deposit for each store in the time period group indicated.

{GROUPING - This report is grouped by TODAY, MONTH-TO-DATE and YEAR-TO-DATE, there are grand totals for each of these groups.

Rent

The Rent column is totalled. This results in the total amount of rent collected for the time period indicated.

Fees

The Fees column is totalled. This results in the total amount of fees collected for the selected date.

Taxes

The Taxes column is totalled. This results in the total amount of taxes collected for the selected date.

Fees/Taxes

The Fees/Taxes columns are totalled for the time period groups indicated. This results in the total amount of fees plus taxes collected for the time period indicated.

Cash Sales

The Cash Sales columns are totalled. This results in the total amount of cash sale income collected for the time period indicated.

Over/Short

The Over/Short columns are totalled. This results in the total amount over or short of the actual deposit for the time period indicated.

Misc. Income/Expense

The Misc. Income/Expense columns are totalled.  This results in the total NET amount of misc. income and expense transactions for the time period indicated.

Deposit

The Deposit columns are totalled.  This results in the total amount of deposits for the time period indicated.
